Cystitis - an inflammation of a bladder. In a urological practice the term "cystitis" often use for a designation of the symptomatic urinary infection, a mucosa of a bladder described by inflammatory changes, disturbance of its function, and also changes of a urocheras.

Signs of an acute cystitis : a dysuria, a terminal hematuria, a pyuria.
For a chronic cystitis are characteristic: a constant or periodic dysuria, a pollakiuria (the speeded up emiction), not dependent on time of day, periodic exacerbations of disease, a pain and feeling of gravity above a bosom, amplifying at filling a bladder and reaching the greatest intensity in the end of an emiction.
Imperative desires to an emiction Are frequent, sometimes a false incontience wet (so-called not deduction), the dull aches exhausting the patient. The most persistent current the intersticial cystitis at which the urodynia becomes frequent till 40-50 once a day, sometimes a pain in a perineum and suprapubic area differs. The trigonitis is shown by signs of a cystitis, usually there is a pyuria.

At an acute cystitis recommend rest, a sparing diet, plentiful drink (up to 2-2,5 l to a liquid in day); it is necessary to avoid a frigorism of a body, to watch regular function of an intestine, to exclude the sexual relations. At the expressed pains appoint rectal or vaginal suppositories with analgetics.
The Lavage of a bladder at an acute cystitis is counter-indicative. In treatment primary a chronic cystitis the important place, revealing and sanation of the centers of an infection borrow from women - treatment of gynecologic diseases or a vaginal infection. At men at revealing a basic disease corresponding treatment - elimination of the reason of disturbance of outflow of urine is shown.
Treatment of a chronic cystitis , especially intersticial, at women represents appreciable difficulties. Application of antihistamine and hormonal preparations (Hidrocortizonum, Prednisolonum) is expedient. As enveloping agents apply a liquid paraffin, Linimentum Dibunoli, cod-liver oil, and also preparations of silver, Hidrocortizonum, Methyluracilum.
At intersticial cystitises appoint physiotherapeutic procedures - ultrasonic therapy, a diathermy, an electrophoresis with a solution of Novocainum, Gangleronum and enzymes, an electrical stimulation of a bladder. Apply prevesical and intravesical novocainic blockade, a stretching of the wrinkled bladder under a narcosis.
Sanatorium treatment is recommended at a primary chronic cystitis; at secondary - in view of character of a basic disease. Antibacterial therapy of a trigonitis is noneffective.
