Herpes - group of the virus diseases, described rashes on mucosas and a skin in the form of the grouped blebs on a hydropic background.

The Most widespread forms are simple herpes and surrounding.

Simple herpes. Allocate two basic strains of this virus: not genital localization and genital localization.
The Virus of simple herpes is transferred mainly contact by (sexual by, at kisses), through subjects of use; the air-dropwise transmission of infection is possible also. More often disease arises in a cold season.
The Simple herpes are usually localized on a skin of the face around of a mouth, especially on a red edge of labiums, centuries, on auricles, in the field of a nose, and also on genitals (at women - in the field of a perineum, big and small sexual labiums, at men - more often on an internal surface of a prepuce and a balanus).
The surrounding herpes (surrounding deprive) cause a virus Varicella Zoster which is simultaneously and the originator of a chicken pox.
Localization of the centers of a lesion at surrounding herpes: on the face, on a trunk on a course of intercostal nerves, a pilar part of a head, a neck, on a course of branches of a trigeminal nerve, in the form of a hemilesion, in the field of inguinofemoral cords.

Treatment of herpes.

Treatment of herpes , and simple and surrounding, spend it is out-patient, it has much in common. Antiviral preparations are shown: an interferon, Methisazonum, Desoxyribonucleasa, etc.

In many respects efficiency of the listed preparations depends on terms of the beginning of treatment. Together with antiviral preparations at relapsing forms of simple herpes and especially at surrounding herpes vitamins B1, �6, �12, Rutinum, Acidum ascorbinicum, antihistamine preparations are shown, at a painful sign - analgetics, Salicylases.

From physiotherapeutic agents use a microwave irradiation of the centers of a lesion, ultrasound, the UF-irradiation, UHF, an electrophoresis with Novocainum, an adrenaline, etc.

Local treatment of herpes : an interferon in the form of lotions each 4-6 hours which put 4-6 times day (within 7 days).

At women at recurring simple herpes with localization on genitals the cancer of a neck of a uterus in some cases develops, therefore these patients require regular survey of the venereologist and the gynecologist.

Prophylaxis of relapses of simple herpes consists in treatment of accompanying diseases, intradermal introduction of a vaccine, the prevention of a frigorism, careful hygienic care of a skin, rising of protective forces of an organism.

The Measure of prophylaxis of surrounding herpes is prevention of contact of faces earlier not hurted with sick of a chicken pox. At each case of disease by surrounding herpes of faces of advanced age necessarily survey for exception at them malignant neoplasms of internal organs.
